Recreation of an original document from 1899, but slightly adapted to fit a modern and more print-friendly A4 size.

Fonts were matched as close as possible as well as kerning inbetween letters so the layout was the same. Where I was unable to match fonts correctly, the required lettering was individually drawn from a scan of the original document. The curlicues, scrollwork and central shaded area were also all carefully redrawn.

Some changes were implemented such as the wording of the company name as well as the amount of and cost of shares.
