Trash Bash
I was contacted by Trash Bash to help set up a Facebook page, leaflet and website etc to help promote their business since relocating to Suffolk. Initially I was given an old leaflet which needed recreating and adjusting. As I was going to be setting up a Facebook page and website it was prudent to get these in place so that I could include details on the leaflet. Although there are many similar fonts, I wanted to recreate their leaflet as faithfully as possible so scanned a portion of text to find a best match. Colour was also copied, and new information included onto the leaflet. The finished leaflet was submitted as both a lo-res .jpg and a hi-res .pdf for printing purposes. This leaflet style was then used as a starting point for the Facebook, header and profile pic; as well as the style of the new website and other promotional material. The website also includes a selection of icons to show prospective clients 'at-a'glance' the various facilities/services provided by Trash Bash. These include: A sign post for 'Based in Suffolk, A wheelie bin for 'Domestic Waste' A factory for 'Commercial Waste' A wheelbarrow for 'Rubble' A log pile for 'Wood' A cooker top for 'Kitchens' A bath for 'Bathrooms' A cog for 'Metal' A pound sign for 'Competitive Rates' Facebook logo linking to the Facbook page. These icons are created at 50px square and in the same red. An online gallery was created with a selection of 'before and after' images from recent jobs. These were all edited to the same size and a watermark added. A small advert 400px wide by 200px high, was created for online promotion on the Southwold Tourist Information website under Property Services and Business Services. As well as a 600px square graphic for promo on Instagram. |
