PERMISSION & CONDITIONS
Permission is hereby granted to the purchaser to use any icons purchased solely by them for reasonable usage on their own accommodation or business website, or in print when representing their own accommodation or business. 

The icon files are not to be sold on or redistributed to any third parties, although printed items containing the icons can be distributed or sold as required without consequence. 

Icons are only to be used in the format they have been received in. Icons are not to be tampered with, altered or modified in any way. 
If any adjustments to icons are required (eg.colour, size, format, text etc) then this can be arranged direct with the designer as above.

TERMINATION
This license becomes null and void if any of the above conditions are not met, and the purchaser forfeits all rights to use the icons.

DISCLAIMER
The icon images are provided "as is", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement of copyright, patent, trademark, or other right. 
The designer and copyright owner of these icons will not be held responsible for any misinterpretation by, or misrepresentation towards, members of the public. 
In no event shall the designer and copyright owner be liable for any claim, damages or other liability including any general, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, whether in an action of contract or otherwise, arising from, out of the use, or inability to use the images supplied or from other dealings with the images.
